Zadnji puta kad sam bio u Zagrebu su radili svugdje po Dugavama i ostalim djelovima Novog Zagreba, cak su radili neke rotore kad predjes u Novi Zagreb prek srednjeg mosta (ak se ne varam) pa me zanima jesu zavrsili sve to tamo sad, jel ima netko tko prolazi tuda!

Dalekovod širi poslovno carstvo

Velika poslovna zgrada, neboder Sky Office Zagreb iduću će godinu niknuti na križanju Zagrebačke avenije i Zagrebačke ulice kao projekt nove Upravne zgrade dviju uspješnih tvrtki - Dalekovoda i Zagreb montaže.
Hrvatska prestolnica tako dobiva još jedan poslovni simbol moći, dva tornja po 21 kat sa 62 tisuće kvadratnih metara radnog prostora i 700 parkirnih mjesta. Vrijednost investicije procjenjuje se na 80 milijuna eura, a Zagrebački “blizanci” trebali bi zaokružiti uspješni ekonomski razvoj Dalekovoda, koji je proglašen najboljom graditeljskom tvrtkom u jugoistočnoj Europi prema pisanju britanskog financijskog magazina “Finance Central Europe”.
Dalekovod bilježi i uspjeh na domaćem terenu gdje je treći put zaredom nositelj Zlatne kune - prošle godine u kategoriji najbolje velike tvrtka po izvrsnosti poslovanja, a uspjeh mu prati i rast dionica koje danas vrijede osam puta više od nominalne vrijednosti.

Luka Miličić, predsjednik Uprave Dalekovoda prošloga je tjedna u rodnom Cavtatu na 7. međunarodnom savjetovanju CIGRE-a održao prezentaciju na kojoj je najavio izgradnju nove poslovne zgrade ali i prenamjenu lokacije na zagrebačkom Žitnjaku. Novim urbanističkim planom dopuštena je mješovita gradnja, pa će na postojećoj lokaciji izgraditi 900 stanova i poslovne objekte na 13 etaža. Osim očigledno unosnog posla graditeljstva za 2007. godinu Miličić je najavio snažnu izvoznu orijentaciju, zadržavanje liderske pozicije u regiji sa 40 posto izvoza. Tržište će zaokružiti povećanjem izgradnje trafostanica, području prijenosa i distribucije električne energije te izradi metalnih konstrukcija i telekomunikacijskih stupova. Uskoro očekuju dobivanje tendera za izgradnju 390 kilometara dalekovoda od Ukrajini do Kazahstana sa 1286 metalnih stupova.

Novi programi tvrtke koje je najavio prvi čovjek Dalekovoda je i ulazak u područje obnovljivih izvora energije, posebno energije vjetra. Trenutno prema podacima Ministarstva gospodarstva ima zahtjeva za izgradnju 1400 megavata vjetroelektrana, a do 2010. godine Hrvatska sa sadašnjih 0,5 posto udjela u energiji vjetra treba doseći pet posto. Kako to područje zadnjih 10 godina u svijetu bilježi stopu rasta od 29 posto godišnje, Dalekovodi su obradili 25 lokacija u Hrvatskoj i BiH, te na 10 lokacija postavili stupovi za mjerenje vjetra, dok je na ostalima podizanje u tijeku. U suradnji sa slovenskim i njemačkim partnerima razrađuju mogućnost proizvodnje i postavljanja 160 metarskog čeličnorešetarskog stupa za energiju vjetra, a prvi planiraju ući u proizvodnju biomase za proizvodnju energije.

U tijeku je analiza podataka o mogućnosti prikupljanja i korištenja biomase na području RH u suradnji s nadležnim institucijama (Hrvatske šume, ministarstvima - gospodarstva, poljoprivrede i predstavnicima drvne industrije) jer nju čine drvna biomasa (otpadno drvo, brorastuće drveće), nedrvna masa (brzorastuće alge i trave, ostaci i otpaci iz poljoprivrede) te biomasa životinjskog porijekla (otpad i ostaci iz stočarstva).
