The clearing of the river at Jalan Wong Ah Fook is supposed to be one of the major developement . But I dont see any river at Jalan Wong Ah Fook....many buses seen piling the street. ......

I have to agree.Big time private developer is not here to test water. When they launch their maiden project in a new place, they will bring along their supporter investors and buyers. Of course in Malaysia everything takes longer time. As long as it's not run by the government alone, we can have better confidence. This office rendering is for the mammoth empire isn't it?
