IFA Hotels & Resorts announced the launch of Zimbali Suites, a prestigious R400 million development - SOLD OUT at launch

Zimbali Suites comprises 131 individual condosto be sold on a sectional title basis and located directly alongside the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel. Investors have a choice of smart, efficiently designed units that extend from 36.2 m² one-bedroomed condos to 133m² three-bedroomed penthouses. The sales and launch event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 2 November at the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel. The limited release launch will see units being offered with special VAT inclusive launch prices starting at R950 000 for a 1-bedroomed condo and R1, 950,000 for a 2-bedroomed condo.
