As far as I know, the planning never reached a state where venues where discussed. Zürich has so far never made a bit to the IOC, it went only into internal discussion.
The current plan of the Swiss OC is a bit of Davos & St.Moritz, but I don't like the idea, to much infrastructure for such small towns.
