Situated one block from Biscayne Bay, the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower is the tallest structure in the southeastern United States and Miami's first true mixed-use urban residential building. This landmark destination integrates a five-star hotel with luxury residential condominiums, timeshare units, a fitness facility, and Class A office space into a 64-story concrete frame.
The tower is clad in a glass and metal skin, and the low-rise podium containing the parking garage is stone and pre-cast panels. This base acts as an elevated ground plane, with retail uses enlivening the surrounding streets. Amenities include a 65,000 SF roof terrace designed by landscape architect Dan Kiley.
