Emmet & Emmet did an awsome job of Dock Point and im sure they'll do the same for heritage square.

Do they have a website? cant find it anywhere.

(This is a cross post from the Durban Point thread)

Hey guys, an update of Heritage Quays: Construction to start in March/April 2009 and be complete in Dec 2009/Jan 2010.
With regards to Heritage Square, Apparently the the sale agreements are sitting at Investic as they are looking over it still and Construction will start in Jan/Feb 2009 - this date is continuely being pushed back.

What you guys think? Looks kinda 'cheap' to me but at the same time quite kiff.

^^ cheap? i dont see that. i like the nice simple lines, colour palate and the fact that they are incorporating the old buildings into the development. will be swell me thinks

ok maybe cheap was not the right word to use.. I do like it alot but i meant like a cheap quick build to do and according to them it will take about a year.

The point has been quiet for along time now.. its time to BUILD!
