Technically, it's not U/C but in site preparation (prep).
Also, The buildings that were demolished are not at the location of the tower but at the ring road, east to the tower.
Anyhow, thanks 19F for the images, and thank you matrix for uploading them. :)

Technically you are right, but since we never made that distinction before, I don't think we should start now.
So lets assume its u/c :)
A couple of questions to those who are familiar with the project:
1. How far is it from the Shachar tower (and other towers planned nearby)?
2. Just to be on the safe side, are we still on for 200 meters, 60 floors figure?

If so, this makes this tower 4th tower in Israel to reach 200 meters figure (after City Gate, Azrieli Sarona and Shachar tower).
With 3 towers out of those being at a walking distance from each other.

Just a quick summary from the article.
The tower will be 55 floors and will include 279 aprtments and a small commercial center.
The announced height is 220 meters (I assume from the sea level) so the 200 meter figure is still valid.

Well, as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder :)
Personally, I find the tower pretty boring looking, but I understand the developer's desire to lower costs and build something relatively cheaply and provide a somewhat low price for the apartments.
The good thing about this tower, is its height and location which will help greatly to the skyline.
In about 3-4 years once all the current projects are completed, there will be a pretty dense skyline starting at Electra and going up to Diamond Exchange towers.
