When posting projects you guys should post links. Where did you find this? This could just be an architectural project and nothing more.

 

Why do people waste their time with proposals like these? How many ghanaians can afford these apartments?

 

Haha, plenty! There are a lot of wealthy Ghanaians and also other nationalities living in Accra. I do agree that alongside these projects though there needs to be a drive for affordable housing for the masses. However, there is not so much money in these types of projects and normally it is the govt who will provide........ unfortunately our govt is broke!
