Why the Yellow Tower takes long time to build? I think It must completed long time ago, because it's not very high.

 

I believe it was on hold because of the financial crisis.

Plans are in place for a a hospital to be built in Phnom Penh in a bid to discourage Cambodians from seeking expensive medical treatment abroad, a developer said. A branch of Vietnam’s Charie Hospital is set be opened on a 5-hectare site in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district as part of a partnership with Sokimex Group, said Sokimex general director Kong Vanna. Under the deal, Sokimex has agreed to fund 30 percent of the project’s land and building costs. “This present from Vietnam’s Charie Hospital to our country will help our people, who often go to seek treatment in Vietnam, to spend less,” he said. “We will call it Charie Phnom Penh.” The projected is expected to take up to three years to
complete, he said
