This would have been in place of the planned Chris Barnard Hospital Complex

A mixed use development located on the Cape Town offshore and accommodating retail, office, lifestyle, residential and hotel components. The project objective was overcoming various site constraints and creating a pedestrian friendly, inviting ground plane.
